Job Purpose
Are you a driven sales professional ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving growth. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of renewing existing business and developing new partnerships within our CRS environment – all while working across dynamic regions in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Champion the renewal of existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in your assigned territory.
- Work autonomously while staying connected with a collaborative, high-performing team.
Requirements
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
- Strong time management and organisational skills – you know how to prioritise and deliver.
- Confidence in working independently and solving problems on the fly.
- A natural communicator with a flair for building rapport and trust.
- Commercial acumen and a passion for sales and marketing.
- A team player who shares knowledge and celebrates success.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Proven sales experience – insurance industry background is a plus.
- Experience managing a territory and working remotely.
