We are looking for an experienced couple or single person to manage an established family owned 50 room Motel with conference centre/restaurant in Traralgon VIC-3844.

We are looking for team players.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Able to live Onsite. And take phone calls when required.
- A passion for customer service - meeting guest
- Expectations and know the value of excellent customer service to the business.
- Go the extra mile for our customers.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Knows that hospitality can be 24/7 and therefore
- Happy/willing to assist guests after-hours if required.
- Able to lead a team of up to 20 members.
- Time management skills a must.
- Preferable accounting skills.
