We're looking for a Partner Growth Manager to join our team in Melbourne. You will be responsible for developing our existing partnerships to generate new business, retain existing partners, and grow revenue with our valued partners in the region.

Partner Growth Managers have a deep understanding of a partner's ambitions, products and technology, as well as an understanding of the wider hospitality industry. Reporting to the Manager of Partnerships, you will also be responsible for partner performance, reporting and partner stakeholder management.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Maintain, manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of partners with the aim of driving successful referrals for the Lightspeed
- Be responsible for handover and onboarding of an assigned portfolio of partners to the Partner Programme on the completion of their sign up
- Deliver high-quality communication to partners and work to support innovative campaigns
- Understand the partners portfolio' overall capabilities, opportunities & risks for accurate forecasting and mapping for future portfolio growth
- Work cross functionally across marketing, sales, product, finance and more.

**What you need to bring**:
We're a team of 3, located in Australia.

We're looking for someone who has experience with the following:

- Proven partnerships / channel / account management and/or customer success experience (experience in software sales in a bonus, but not needed)
- Demonstrable B2B relationship building skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and group presentation skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and foster relationships with potential partners
- Ability to develop comprehensive reseller growth strategies
