This senior leadership role focuses on growing partners and enhancing MYOB's preference. The role leads the team in identifying and maturing the partner base while continuously reviewing the landscape and onboarding new partners through focused execution.
Partners are central to the growth of the Enterprise segment. Ensuring the team has the right talent to attract, onboard, manage, and retain high-performing partners is crucial to executing the segment strategy successfully.
**Key Responsibilities & Objectives**:
- **Drive Strategic Vision**: Develop and execute a partnership strategy that maximises partner potential, establishes new market opportunities, and aligns with MYOB’s revenue objectives.
- **Build & Nurture Relationships**:Cultivate trusted advisor status with partner executives, coach them to achieve targets, and unlock ecosystem advantages for upselling MYOB solutions.
- **Execute High-Impact Campaigns**: Lead the development and rollout of effective go-to-market campaigns, manage the Partner Advisory Group (PAG), and oversee strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
- **Maximise Partner Impact**: Deliver compelling value propositions, align partner engagement strategies with revenue goals, and boost long-term mutual business success.
- **Operational Excellence**: Ensure disciplined pipeline and forecast management, resolve escalations swiftly, and champion partner needs internally for rapid problem resolution.
- **Champion Best Practice**: Liaise with Acumatica US and global teams to leverage worldwide best practices and innovative partnership campaigns.

- **Proven Partnership Builder**: Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior business stakeholders and creating valuable long-term business relationships.
- **Results-Driven**: Track record of prioritising workload effectively and achieving measurable results in fast-paced, evolving environments.
