**About the Opportunity**

This position is required to assist the finance team with all aspects of the payroll and accounting functions.

**Duties**:
Payroll duties:

- Responsibility with processing payroll 900+ employees and liaise with pay-office in Sydney for all pay queries, pay errors and changes to employee conditions;
- Respond and resolve employee queries related to payroll & employee benefits;
- Accurate record keeping of payroll documents;
- Ensure data extracted from UKG Pro is accurate prior to processing pays
- Establish strong understanding of Enterprise Agreement and Fairwork pay conditions; and
- Other duties as requested by CFO/HR Manager.

**A**pplicants should possess the following**:

- At least 3 years' experience in payroll
- Knowledge of UKG Pro Dimensions (Kronos) and iChris would be highly regarded;
- Positive ‘can do' attitude and a desire to exceed customer service expectations;
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and Clinpath ‘Our Values';
- A high degree of flexibility and the ability to prioritise for the benefit of the business, better patient care, and excellent service;
- Excellent attention to detail with strong time management skills;
- Strong communication skills, particularly in regard to payroll issues
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Ability to prioritise workload;
- Professional, friendly and courteous manner, even under pressure; and
- COVID 19 vaccination and provide copy of certificate.
