As the State Sales Manager (NSW), your role is ultimately responsible for driving revenue and growth for the business. Reporting into the GM of Business Development, you will be a self-driven, result focused, sales professional that can perform well under pressure.

**What Does an Average Day Look Like?**

Here is an idea of what you can expect to do as a State Sales Manager (NSW) at the **hummgroup**:

- Responsible for acquisition of new merchants.
- Ability to commercialize and activate new deals
- Identifying and generating leads for the development of new retailers.
- Leveraging industry research, existing networks, cold / warm calling, attending meetings, conducting presentations, and attending PD Days and Conferences.
- Meeting with and obtaining information from potential new deals in all areas of New South Wales (NSW)
- Preparing customer proposals and negotiating key commercial terms with proposed retailers.
- Structuring and pricing proposals for new deals.
- Work with Account Managers and Operations to ensure that deals processed efficiently and integrated.

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with functional areas, marketing resources and influence key areas within humm to achieve the best outcomes
