They have built a stellar reputation throughout their main markets of mining, construction, transport, events, security and various levels of government.

**Opportunity**
The position of NSW State Sales Manager is now available to take over the Sydney office.
The key responsibility of the position is centred on maintaining and driving sales growth throughout NSW. You will take over a sales team of 3 external sales professionals, all of whom are well established and successful performers and as such you will be inheriting a very successful team tracking well above expectations.
You will also have a personal impact on the performance through a hands on approach to key account management as well as strategic business development of new projects.
You will be:
- Directly responsible for the reports of all sales staff within the team.
- Directly responsible for the ongoing coaching and mentoring of the sales team.
- Lead from the front approach to working with new and existing high value clients.
- Assist with the development of large tenders and project opportunities in conjunction with BDM's
- Directly responsible for the creation and maintaining of a forward thinking and dynamic office culture
- Directly responsible for the states profit and loss ledger.
- Prior experience formulating strategic sales plans to target all markets.
- Strong industry related sales experience with technical knowledge within two way radio, wireless and overall mission critical communications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth through market acquisition and strategic business development activities.
Along with this experience, you must have a clear drive for success and over achievement, as well as an ability to inspire and lead a sales team with a hands on approach.
