**About the role**:
In this role you will lead specialists to provide implementation, support services and problem resolution for Coles IT Infrastructure and Applications in accordance with service level agreements and other key objectives. Includes line management responsibility for a medium size team, manage, coach and ensure team members have opportunities to develop a broad range of skills and to contribute fully to the delivery of the Coles IT strategy. Establish and manage practical quality and process measures for key work practices in the team.

You will also:

- Develop and manage estimates, business cases, steering committees for Store Infrastructure projects and initiatives
- Lead and deliver large scale Store Infrastructure projects and Stores IT hardware Life Cycle program including store hardware road map and strategies Skills required
- Experience and strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies, Delivery including financial management and budget processes. - Proven performance in implementing IT infrastructure in a large scale, complex and distributed business environment.
- Manage, coach and ensure team members have opportunities to develop a broad range of skills and to contribute fully to the delivery of the Coles Digital strategy
- Establish and manage practical quality and process measures for key work practices in the team
- Develop and manage effective estimates and plans for Store Infrastructure projects and tasks
- Lead and manage teams to deliver processes / projects
- Understand the tactics, environment and trends in an individual business
- Identify opportunities for IT contribution to business improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve systems functionality to address business problems
- Improve existing processes within individual work area

**About You**:
Reporting to the storage integration services manager, you have experience within similar roles, offering ongoing technical advice to stakeholders and users across the Coles business.

You are an excellent problem solver with the ability to provide ongoing technical expertise and ensure service delivery across your area

You will also have:
- Experience and strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies including financial management and budget processes.
- Proven performance in implementing IT infrastructure in a large scale, complex and distributed business environment
- Experience in people management including resource planning and feedback
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of the specific technology or technologies related to the role
- Problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
