Our Team Leaders are like Meryl Streep - versatile. They’re in charge of running the show from front to back and then some.

Fonda is about bringing people together for an epic shared experience over fresh and fab Mexican food, and don’t forget the tasty AF drinks. Think icy (and spicy) margs, and a feel-good vibe, every damn day and night.

We have 9 locations across Victoria, NSW & ACT, and are looking for a funky Team Leader to join our team. And, holy guacamole, there’s a good chance this role’s yours for the taking.

**Requirements**:
**Now, here’s where you’ll come in - we are looking for a BOH team leader**
- Stay true to Fonda’s processes and procedures
- Rotate stock according to Food Safety Standards and y’know common sense
- Prep food items with superspeed and efficiency
- Manage daily operations of the biz, including opening and closing the restaurant
- Bring the vibes (we mean, ambience) and respond to guest feedback
- Drive the sales, guest experience and labour goals for your restaurant while leading the shifts

We want someone who can bring good vibes to the casa and hit the ground runningso an immediate start date is defo on the cards.
