We are looking for an energetic and creative self-starter to join our ANZ Organization supporting Commercial and Support Functions, a total client group of 90 employees.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- In this role, you will be responsible for coaching the people managers in the development of the talent and diversity strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, change management, leadership capability, performance management, compensation and rewards, and employee relations matters. This role reports directly to the Human Resources Director, ANZ.
- You will partner with the business to provide HR generalist and operational HR support to Founders across our Commercial and Support Functions and will also drive projects and key initiatives to align to the business needs and strategy
- This is a role that embraces experimentation, fosters collaboration with an operating model designed to promote new approaches for an evolving organization
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
**> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Talent Management**
- Drive the talent and diversity strategy and initiatives. Implement robust talent acquisition, identification, assessment and development processes. Build the capability of line leaders in the areas of talent development and performance management.
- Support all talent management, organizational design, and organizational alignment activities within client group(s). Contribute to organizational change management activities when necessary, including client restructuring activities when necessary.
- Track and build monthly talent scorecard through data sources such as budget, headcount, attrition, market demographic and set up the rhythm for scenario planning. Develop analytics to integrate data driven insights into how we run the clients and increase the level of data driven insights
**Learning, development, and capability build**
- Support Learning & Development activities for advising in strategies and solutions to support and enable the talent strategy
- Coach leaders to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes (talent management, succession planning, performance management)
- Build organization capability and provide HR business partnering and coaching support to commercial and functional teams across ANZ
**HR Operations**
- Support HR Director with programs, processes and projects to ensure they are planned, executed and communicated efficiently. Project focus on D&I and Wellbeing to drive a people first culture and engagement initiatives
- Proactively manage the HR calendar including talent review, promotions, performance, succession planning and EVP initiatives
- Provide Employee Relations advice and consult to managers on items such as performance management/improvement, issue/conflict resolution, policy, procedure, law and standards education.
