As we continue to expand both domestically and internationally through our digital channels, retail partnerships and affiliate programs, we're seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing direction, elevate our brand identity and drive awareness across multiple markets.

About the Role
Reporting directly to senior management, the Brand Marketing Specialist will take full ownership of ONTAP's brand marketing strategy and creative execution across digital, retail, and international channels.
You'll plan, coordinate, and implement campaigns that bring our products and our brand story to life.
Your focus will include:
- Developing and executing brand and marketing strategies across multiple markets and channels.
- Building a strong, cohesive brand identity and creative direction for all campaigns.
- Managing omnichannel marketing, including website, email, social media, retail, and affiliates.
- Conducting market research to identify and advise on new global opportunities and emerging trends.
- Overseeing creative development and briefing agencies and content creators on campaigns, photography, video and content.
- Managing multiple agencies, budgets, and timelines to deliver consistent, high-quality output.
- Advising on marketing strategy including product positioning, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, and distribution to maximise reach and profitability.
- Tracking and reporting campaign performance, ensuring ROI and continual improvement.
- Analysing consumer data and market trends to predict future preferences and refine campaign strategies for new and existing products.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in brand or marketing specialist roles, ideally with global or international brands.
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-market, multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing social, website, SEO/SEM, email, and analytics.
- Strong creative sense and ability to translate brand purpose into content and storytelling.
- Confident managing external agencies and working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and design.
- Proven ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website campaigns that drives audience engagement and strengthens brand storytelling.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.
