We are looking for a talented, part-time Marketing Co-ordinator for a 12-14 month contract, to cover a maternity leave position for 3 days per week.

**The role**:
The primary purpose of the role is to manage the marketing program, raise social media engagement and ultimately convert queries to sales.

**Day to day duties include**:

- Management of websites and updates, including journals (blogs)
- Management of social media, including generating content
- Liaise with the photography team to schedule the media calendar
- Management of advertising and online advertising - TLP, EstLiving, ArchiPro
- Increased profile and presence on Linkedin and Pinterest
- Assistance with managing PR requests and sending materials as required to magazines.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Relevant Degree Qualified
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media/marketing position
- Ability to manage your workload and be proactive at delivering the marketing requirements
- Experience with graphic software preferred
- Skilled in actively communicating with teams to source information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills_._
- A positive, flexible attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills_._
