**About the Opportunity**

Qenos is now seeking a **Polythene Production Manager** to join our team in Botany, NSW.

Your primary responsibility will be to **lead, manage and co-ordinate Operations Teams on our Unipol Process Plants ensuring that Quality, Cost, Production, Continuous Improvement, People Development, Customer Satisfaction, and work culture objectives are achieved.**

Key responsibilities of this role includes (but would not be limited to):

- Leading, setting, communicating and maintaining clear SHE requirements;
- Driving a continuous improvement approach including networking with other sites designed to ensure best SHE practices are adopted and implemented;
- Assist the Polythene Operations Manager to form an Operational segment of the overall Qenos Annual Business Plan;
- Manage and communicate Operational plans and objectives to Operations and Laboratory Teams;
- Identifying appropriate Operational capabilities regarding staffing and the necessary levels of collective skills, experience and knowledge;
- Promoting, managing, and maintaining effective training, reporting, procedures, and business improvement plans;
- Support the Polythene Operations Manager in their ability to meet productions targets and optimising production performance; and
- Ensure the Operations Teams comply with all relevant standards and regulations.

Please Note: This is a standard full-time, Monday to Friday position. However, as the plants operate 24/7 there will be instances of being called upon outside of normal working hours.
