To continue delivering banking excellence across the GECI sectors, NAB is seeking an experienced banking professional to join our specialists banking team. A banker who is passionate about growing and building relationships with clients, delivering the right outcomes - client, financial and risk - and meeting the rising community expectations of banks.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Personally manage and develop a portfolio of clients, displaying strong Net Promoter Scores and maximised share of wallet.
- Identify new business and referral opportunities and establish, develop, and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets.
- Deliver NAB’s GECI customer proposition, whilst growing and deepening industry specialisation.
- Work with the Complex Lending Solutions and Deal Structuring & Execution teams in the preparation of business lending proposals, including obtaining and analysing business and industry information.
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.
- Responsibility for margin management, ROE and portfolio asset quality.
- Lead and coach and indirect reports.

**What we’re looking for in our future talent**:

- Strong banking background in either business, private, corporate, credit, or specialised business, or equivalent experience in a related career.
- Some experience with the GECI sector/specialisation or evidence of a deep understanding of the sector would be an advantage.
- Many GECI clients have limited lending requirements, so an understanding of and ability to identify transactional banking and investment requirements is preferable.
- Capability in building your own and enterprise brand in both internal and external markets.
- Desire to take your banking career to the next level.
