**The Role**

As the Associate Civil Engineer, you will report into the Technical Director and oversee an experienced design team from a technical and project leadership perspective. If your skills lean towards being more commercially/business development minded, this role could be tailored to fit your strengths. Projects that you would be walking into consist of Defence, Transport and Water within Queensland.

**Associate Civil Engineer Duties**
- Oversee the detailed design, delivery of engineering projects in QLD.
- Provide Leadership within the team and wider business.
- Give technical advice on civil engineering issues to both staff and clients.
- Mentor junior engineers within the team.
- Develop relationships with client stakeholders.

**Associate Civil Engineer Qualifications & Experience**
- A minimum 15 years' experience within civil engineering design.
- You will have a Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
- You will have RPEQ and Chartered status.
- Experience in road, stormwater drainage, flooding, water, and sewerage infrastructure.
