**The role**

The acquisition of Citigroup Australia’s consumer business supports NAB's strategic growth ambition for Personal Banking, helping the bank achieve its goals faster as it drives toward being Australia's best Personal Bank. NAB has mobilised an integration team, Project Edge, to support the transition of Citigroup Australia into NAB's Personal Banking Division and the ultimate integration of both businesses.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director-USL Strategy & Whitelabel to join the fast-paced and performance-driven Project Edge integration team.

Please note that this role can be located anywhere in Australia, but hybrid working arrangement still apply.

**Your opportunity**

Key to the successful integration of Citi Consumer business is the migration of Citi Consumer customers into NAB. It is an opportunity to put your skills at work to act as the voice of the customer and work as a member of the Edge team to deliver an exceptional migration experience for our customers.

As the Associate Director, and with a thought leadership mindset and lens, you work within the Edge Unsecured Lending Whitelabel stream to play a leadership role in designing and executing on the USL strategy. This will contribute to delivering strong outcomes aligned to the strategy and scope of the project.

**Day to day you will**:
As consummate professional and leader, you will focus on the two (2) key pillars of New Business Build, and Ongoing Activities. You will:
New business build
- Define the USL business vision & market outlook and the broader embedded finance opportunity
- Translate strategy and business requirements into op-model design, customer episodes, capabilities and investment shaping
- Collaborate with external whitelabel partners to drive joint plans and problem solve key business challenges
- Build the overall business plan and develop the 3-5 year USL product and holistic roadmap

Ongoing activities
- Drive the development and delivery of specific strategy initiatives
- Synthesise findings and develop compelling, structured business presentations that clearly articulate recommendations
- Provide input to the business planning processes

**What you will bring**:
With outstanding communication skills with to create collaborative partnerships across all stakeholder groups, you have 1st class leader of people and are a great influencer and negotiator. You come to us with:

- Tertiary and/or post-graduate qualifications: post-graduate designation (AFMA, CA, SIA, MBA, AICD)
- Financial services industry experience, and banking in particularly
- Experience working in strategy consulting or internal strategy teams
- Proven ability in strategy formulation and strategic planning coupled with experience in program design and delivery
- Strong experience collaborating with external partners to develop and drive shared commercial agendas
- Outstanding ability to effectively interact, challenge and influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in complex problem solving and managing streams of work
- A positive attitude and strong motivation for continuous learning and development
- Outstanding leadership, coaching and mentoring experience
