**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
- Manage the interview process and facilitate the selection process.
- Manage job postings and advertising campaigns on various job boards and social media channels.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related and industry events as needed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Continually look for ways to improve the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably with a technical knowledge of roles in the Property sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
