We are currently looking for **1** full-time or part time admin support to assist in the student support team.
Duties:
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Student Data Entry in RTO system
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes
- Assisting students’ course attendance and course progress
- Be able to prioritise diverse tasks and work quickly and effectively to meet tight deadlines
**Essential Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Have legal work rights in Australia
