**Description**:
Based in Mascot, the Warehouse and Admin Officer undertake a range of workshop, warehousing and logistics tasks to support the Workshop & Factory Manager. This includes storage of equipment, goods receipting, dispatch duties and assisting in facilitating goods movements as well as support with admin tasks.

**Core Accountabilities**:
Take delivery of goods and equipment into the warehouse and workshop areas.
Ensure all goods are correctly received, recorded, and stored in a timely manner.
Ensure dispatching of goods and equipment to sites, suppliers and assembly partners in accordance with schedules
Liaise with suppliers and transport companies to determine and schedule deliveries.
Ensure the warehouse complies with WHS procedures and standards by keeping the area safe, secure, clean and tidy.
Use approved manual handling equipment to receive, store and dispatch goods
Raising purchase orders
Liaising with suppliers and contractors
Ensuring the team complies with safety standards including the creation of safety documents as required.
Collaborate with the Workshop & Factory Manager to ensure that deadlines are achieved in a timely manner.
Maintain records and files
Coordinating inventory counts and stocktake

Are you our next All-Star?

Experience working in a similar role.
Forklift license is preferred but not essential.
Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Works collaboratively with superior stakeholder relationship management capability
