**Your new role awaits...**
As our new **Accounts Receivable Admin Support Manager**, you’ll be reporting to the Group Manager - National Shared Services, and leading your team of four ARO’s to maximise customer’s onboarding experience, manage the risk associated with customer credit facilities and ensure all administrative activities (e.g. banking) are effectively performed.
In short, the role is responsible for all for the administration and support activities associated with the Coates’ Accounts Receivable Team, and work closely with Coates Credit Manager and the Collections Team.
This role will be based out our Mascot head office, which is a short two-minute walk from Mascot Train Station and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shopping centres, and gyms.
You’ll also have the option to work from home 2 days a week.
**A typical day will include**
- Providing leadership and direction to the Risk and Banking ARO’s
- Managing AR Admin systems and processes associated with new credit applicants
- Managing debt collection referral process
- Liaising with solicitors and agents to assist in recovery
- Developing cross training of team members to avoid single point sensitivity
- Assisting with Internal and External Audit compliance and reviews
- Conduct quarterly PPSR reviews on active customers
- Maintaining customer’s Certificates of Currency
**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Certificate IV/ Diploma in Credit Management or min 5 years’ experience with active credit environment
- Supervisor or Team Leader experience
- Process analysis, improvement, and implementation experience
- Up to date knowledge of credit related legislation (PPSA, Privacy Act)
- Solid MS Office skills including an advanced Excel skillset
