**About this role**:
Join an award winning company as their Sales Support person in their new Sydney showroom. Known for their collaborations with legendary designers, this company is a premier designer and manufacturer of ergonomic products that improve health and comfort at work.

Due to recent growth, they are seeking a highly motivated, personable and passionate sales professional to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver and install sample products for clients
- Manage small projects from receipt through to handover
- Communicate with clients, designers, project managers and builders
- Prepare quotations and tender documents for the sales team
- Send quotation requests to suppliers and contractors
- Accurate data entry of accepted quotations
- Manage incoming service orders including repairs and warranty claims
- Responding to website enquiries

**Skills and Experience**
- Interest in and passion for interior design and furniture
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with providing exceptional customer service
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and able to maintain systems and databases accurately
- Willingness to contribute to collaborative team environment
- Well organised and team player
