This is not a sit-back admin job — it's an active, central role in a busy operations team.

**Role Requirements**
- Proven experience in scheduling/allocating **traffic control crews**:

- Must have strong skills in **RapidPlan** and **Microsoft Office**:

- Confident communicator with solid problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right
- Assignar or similar scheduling platform experience
- Understanding of WHS, ISO or RMS/TCAWS traffic standards

**Role Details**

38 hours/week (Mon-Fri)

On-call required (weekday evenings/early mornings + rotating weekends)

Laptop & phone provided (for work use only)
