**About the Role**:
As a **Strata Manager**
- **Oversee Maintenance, Meetings, Budgeting, and Compliance**:

- **Ensuring all legal** **and financial** responsibilities are met
- **Customer Service**: Managing property upkeep and client relations
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with assistants to meet work requirements
