The business Transformation Team is currently looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Change Manager.

**What you'll do**:
Perth Airport is committed to increasing our Organisational Change maturity across the business over the next few years. You will play a key role in guiding, educating, and delivering this vision.

You will be responsible for preparing, actioning, and sustaining the change for various projects from strategic initiatives to operational, process and technology change, as well as working more broadly through advocating and education to build awareness and competency for Change Management across the business.

As a Change Manager in the Business Insights and Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in the success and sustainability of various initiatives and be part of a fast-paced high performing team that believes in building strong relationships with stakeholders across all areas of the business. Joining us, you will need to be naturally curious and a skilled collaborator and communicator, you are tactful but can hold the line and can work comfortably in complex environments.
