Iconic WA utilities organisation is seeking an experienced and passionate Change Manager to join their organisation on a 12-month contract basis.

Your new role

Lead and initiate change management for a major capital Enterprise Asset Management transformation program.

What you'll need to succeed
- Substantial experience with Enterprise Asset Management major capital transformation programs/projects, including asset data transformations, work management, geospatial, and operational compliance.
- Formal accreditation in change management - i.e. PROCSI, LEAN change, ACMP.
- Substantial experience and knowledge in the technical design and implementation of a range of change management methodologies, practices, tools and techniques.
- Substantial experience in guiding and influencing key stakeholders through a change journey.
- Substantial experience with leading the implementation of organisational programs of change in a large commercial organisation.
- Considerable experience and knowledge of organisational program management approaches, methodologies and life cycle planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Leads change management for multiple projects using the Enterprise Change Management framework and associated tools to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Facilitate effective working relationships between change resources within the program, producing approaches, tactical plans and materials for employee engagement to ensure consistency in messaging and methodology.
- Establish, manage and support change management stakeholder networks, where required.
- Conduct impact assessments for all business change projects which identify direct and indirect changes for each group or team impacted.
- Interface and liaise with Internal Communications team members regarding the development of communications plans and activities and ensure that all communications to impacted stakeholders align with the change approach.
- Develop and align change plans and activities within portfolio.
- Liaise with Lead People stream, where people impact is identified to ensure mutually agreed and satisfactory outcomes which are aligned to process and policy.
- Engages and supports internal stakeholders in relation to the coordination and management of the change portfolio of work.
- As trusted advisors collaborates with stakeholders, builds and leverages working relationships.
- Liaises with the communications team to design and develop communications strategies / plans to enable enterprise wide alignment.
