**What we are looking for...**

We have an opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join our Human Resources team based in Mascot, to lead and drive our one dnata transformation This is a fixed term role on a 12-month contract with potential to extend

You will work within a dynamic and successful team with the support of a strong management structure. You will be responsible for leading and driving our organization's transformative initiatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful defining, delivering execution of projects aimed at driving organisational change and improving efficiency.

Playing a hands-on role you will work cross functionally to bring together a range of improvement initiatives across the business into a project management framework and support the successful execution of projects with the business leaders.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with the organization's objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- ** Project Management**: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Monitor and report project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- ** Change Management**: Develop and execute change management plans, facilitating a smooth transition for employees during transformative initiatives. Address resistance and encourage adoption of new processes and technologies.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and employees, to ensure alignment and support for transformation efforts.
- ** Data Analysis**: Analyse data to identify key initiatives, areas of improvement, and performance metrics. Utilise data-driven insights to align program and change agenda and inform decision-making.
- ** Risk Management**: Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimise disruptions.
- ** Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on the progress and impact of transformation initiatives.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Ensure that project outcomes meet quality standards and provide tangible benefits to the organisation.

***CRITERIA**
- Qualifications in Project Management, Change Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing transformation projects, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Change management certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in organizational transformation
