Clinical Governance and Service Innovation Lead

**About the role**: The Clinical Governance Lead plays a key role within the Mental Health Centre of Excellence and Innovation, overseeing and supporting the implementation of clinical governance across Victoria Police. Reporting to the Manager of the unit, this role drives continuous improvement in clinical services by embedding robust governance frameworks, managing clinical risks, and leading quality improvement initiatives. This role champions innovation and maintains strong stakeholder relationships to enhance service delivery.
