**What will you be doing?**
- **Convert leads into sales to reach and exceed sales objectives**:

- **Provide expert knowledge to customers regarding Gfob products, destinations, and promotions.**:

- **Provide support with overflow Inbound calls.**

**What are we looking for?**
- **Minimum 12 months experience in a sales capacity or a call-centre environment.**:

- **Experience using Sabre GDS preferred though not essential.**:

- **Strong written and verbal communication skills.**:

- **Passion for travel and customer service.**:

- **Excellent attention to detail with an ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.**:

- **Full working rights within Australia.
