Harvest Buffet is a feast for the senses On weekends seafood becomes the star of the show, oysters, prawns, crabs and mussels complementing roasts from the carvery, pizza, pasta, curries, soups and salads. Of course, you could go straight for the decadent dessert bar which includes three chocolate fountains. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 500 seats and 25 front-line team members.

In this role, you will be passionate about developing your career in Food & Beverage environment by becoming the leader that can empower the team to ensure the smooth operation of this high-volume restaurant. You will provide the highest level of customer service to our guests and support the Restaurant Manager in training & developing our team

- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant
- Fantastic team-building management style and strong ability to create relationships with guests and kitchen team

**What will my day look like as an Assistant Manager?**
- Support in the day-to-day running of the restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent guest experiences are delivered from arrival to departure
- Manage line team member, ensuring required performance and restaurant standards are met
- Responding to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrence
