About The Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Administrator to cover a team member on maternity leave. This temporary role will provide support across a range of HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and continuity of HR services during the absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
- Assist with payroll and leave administration.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support HR reporting and compliance tasks.
- Contribute to HR projects as needed.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, and employment law.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage confidential information.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
Contract Duration
- November 2025 to August 2026 (covering maternity leave period)
