Job Description

CEA is currently seeking an experienced **Leading Hand** to join our dynamic team based in **Wingfield**. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career, working with industry-leading equipment and a supportive team environment.

As a Leading Hand, you will play a hands-on role in both the **servicing, repair and maintainence of equipment** on site, while also guiding and supporting a team of service technicians to ensure high-quality outcomes and efficient work.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Perform scheduled servicing and maintenance on new and existing equipment
- Carry out service diagnostics and repairs
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to meet job and safety standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to your team
- Promote a positive and productive team culture aligned with CEA’s values
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard

**What We're Looking For**
- Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, or equivalent (Australia/NZ)
- Proven experience in servicing and repairing mobile plant or heavy machinery
- Previous experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory role is highly regarded
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and direct a team
- Reliable, honest, and safety-focused team player
- Current and valid driver’s licence
