Job Description

CEA is looking for a skilled and motivated **Field Service Technician** to join our team based in **Wingfield**. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of equipment, both in our workshop and on-site at customer locations.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault-finding on a variety of machines
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and major repairs both in the field and in our workshop
- Ensure all service work is completed safely, accurately, and on time
- Service equipment covered under warranty following manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain accurate service records and complete all relevant documentation
- Adhere to company and industry OH&S standards at all times

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A trade-qualified technician (Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or similar)
- Proven experience working with earthmoving or construction equipment
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A commitment to safety and following company procedures
