**We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Leading Hand** to join our dynamic **Rural Civil Construction** team in **regional and metro locations across South Australia**. This is an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality results and contributing to the development of essential infrastructure.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise and lead construction teams on-site, ensuring efficient and safe operations.**:

- **Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and safety standards.**:

- **Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.**:

- **Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members, fostering a strong safety culture.**:

- **Ensure adherence to all regulatory and environmental requirements.**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven experience in a **Leading Hand** role in **civil construction**, ideally in rural or regional projects.**:

- **Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.**:

- **Hands-on experience with roadworks, earthworks, drainage, or other civil construction activities.**:

- **Ability to interpret and work from plans, and deliver projects on time and within scope.**:

- **Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality on-site.**
