**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the workshop running smoothly by organising parts orders and maintaining records, to supporting compliance and service scheduling in NexGen. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Answer workshop enquiries and redirect calls as needed, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups
- Raise and receipt purchase orders and ensure workshop invoices are processed weekly
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records in NexGen, including reordering and stock control
- Assist in onboarding plant and supporting safety and compliance processes (e.g., Crane Safe certifications)
- Monitor and manage fuel levels, fuel fobs, and fleet cards to ensure assets are ready and cost-efficient
- Ensure asset data is up to date to support accurate maintenance scheduling
- Support the workshop team with tasks such as job cards, reports, and sourcing filters or parts

**About You**

Fleurieu Cranes is seeking an energetic and organised Workshop Administrator to support their workshop operations, coordinate inventory and purchasing, and be a key point of contact for workshop-related queries.

You are someone who:

- Have proven experience in administration, inventory, or logistics
- Be highly organised, have a high attention to detail, and thrive working in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to quickly make decisions
- Have a team-focussed approach to work with a friendly and likable nature
- Be confident in using various computer systems and programs including intermediate skill level in MS Office (especially Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Sound knowledge of accounts receivable and payable
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Communicates clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
