We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Business Enablement Specialist in the Legal and Regulatory Group. This role will report to the Executive Manager, Operations and Enablement. This is a part-time job.

A bit about your role
The Legal and Regulatory Group advises on nbn’s constantly changing regulatory landscape, including nbn’s most important and innovative projects. We are a group of skilled professionals looking to work better and faster using the latest technology and systems. We offer a fun, supportive and collegiate working environment.

As the Business Enablement Specialist, you will provide essential operational support to the Legal & Regulatory business unit. You will help to manage key processes such as invoice management, Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training scheduling and coordination, and SharePoint site administration.

Moreover, you will assist with change management by developing communication plans, training materials, and strategies to ensure smooth transitions during process changes. Your proactive approach and focus on continuous improvement will be vital in enhancing efficiency and supporting the team’s objectives.

A bit about you
You will bring previous experience in operations or support roles. You have the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.

You have strong organisational skills, a process-driven mindset, and the ability to quickly learn new systems. You are a collaborative problem solver with a focus on driving improvement, ensuring the smooth running of operational processes, and supporting your team through change.
