**About the Team**
The **Customer Compliance Performance** team is undergoing significant transformation, creating exciting new opportunities to join at a pivotal time, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact. This team provides specialist compliance expertise to the Customer Business Unit, supporting effective compliance management and ensuring EnergyAustralia’s regulatory obligations, governance systems, processes, and frameworks meet both industry standards and customer expectations. **About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Compliance Performance Team, as a **Regulatory Enablement Specialist**. In this role, you will support the effective delivery of new and emerging regulatory changes across the Customer Business Unit by coordinating key enablement activities, maintaining accurate pipeline documentation, and assisting stakeholder engagement efforts. Other aspects of the role include:
- Support regulatory enablement lead(s) and Business Analysts activities by translating new and changing obligations into Business Unit requirements
- Support key stakeholders in understanding upcoming regulatory changes and delivery requirements
- Support Business Unit leaders to conduct comprehensive root cause analysis processes by coordinating stakeholder inputs, gathering evidence and validating outputs
- Deliver clear and consistent communication of regulatory changes and updates to affected teams
- Administer reporting on regulatory change pipeline status, initiative progress, risk posture, and emerging regulatory themes
- Participate in process reviews and post-implementation reviews (PIRs), contributing feedback and ideas to improve regulatory enablement processes
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in delivering (or supporting) large-scale regulatory change initiatives within a heavily regulated industry, with a strong understanding of navigating cross-functional environments (risk, compliance, legal, operations & delivery teams). Other things we’re keen on include:
- Understanding of regulatory compliance within the Australian energy sector is highly desirable
- Experience conducting or contributing to impact assessments, business cases, or initiative scoping and planning
- Strong understanding of change managements practices, with demonstrated experience in successfully implementing regulatory change initiatives
- Organised and detail focussed with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
