We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Data Analyst to join our innovative HR Analytics team within the People & Culture department. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate with a knack for data visualisation, automation, and analytics to embark on an exciting career journey.

**About the Role**

As part of our team, you will play a key role in uplifting the organisation’s HR data maturity, contributing to strategic decision-making processes that directly impact our people. - Data Visualisation: Develop, maintain, and refine interactive dashboards using Power BI to deliver insightful analytics for HR and business leaders.
- Data Analysis: Dive into large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and business teams to understand their data needs, translating requirements into impactful solutions.
- Data Automation: Leverage Python or R to streamline data extraction, transformation, and analysis processes.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Data Integrity: Conduct regular data audits and validation checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, bringing innovative ideas to the team

**How can you support the Clean Energy Transition**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 months experience with strong knowledge of Power BI, with experience creating dashboards and visualisations and ability to code in DAX.
- Proficiency in Python or R for scripting and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and interpret large datasets confidently.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A keen desire to learn and grow within the field of HR analytics.
