**What you’ll deliver with us**

The Marketing Services team is responsible for providing reporting, analytics, and insights into the performance of our digital channel, supporting the strategic decision making and roadmap development of our digital assets.

Working with stakeholders both within Marketing Services and across the business, the **Data Analyst** sits within the Customer Data & Insights team. This is a mid-level role working within a team of data specialists and reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Data & Insights.

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our digital asset product teams to support data requests across our website, app, and business and consumer authenticated portals. You will be able to respond quickly and effectively to data requests briefs as they’re submitted through our Jira ticketing process.

**You’ll also**
- Support our digital asset product teams with by providing the data they need from GCP with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop collaborative stakeholder relationships with digital asset product teams to better understand their objectives over time.
- Respond to incoming data requests and respond with the required data in an Excel and/or Tableau format, as relevant.

**You’ll need**
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment but also able to work autonomously through our sprint planning and Jira ticket process.
- SQL experience.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and appropriate targets/KPIs.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management.
- Effective at adapting communication style and content to the audience.
