**About the Role**:
As the Field Team Leader
**,** you will be responsible first and foremost for the learning and development of a passionate and highly driven team.

This opportunity will encompass leading a highly engaged team of casual, part-time, and full-time sales representatives across VIC, WA, SA.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Anticipate your team’s coaching and development needs
- Effective staff communication and management to aid in staff retention
- Bring fresh insights while anticipating opportunities that will achieve both ours and our clients’ goals such as boosting market share and optimising operational functions
- Daily review of visit targets and ensure timely action plans are implemented to ensure 100% visit compliance of team

**About You**:

- Ideally worked in or have experience in Liquor/Supermarket (FMCG)
- Have a strong passion for people management
- Willing to travel interstate to engage with your team in person for capability development
- Motivationally driven by performance and results
- Access to a car and a current driver’s licence is required.
