**Description**:
**As our Apprenticeship Field Officer Team Leader, you will**:
Spearhead a strong sales culture to boost traineeships and apprenticeships through our Australian Apprenticeship Support Services program. Drive performance, meet contractual obligations, and make an impact in the region.

**Some of the key responsibilities are**:
Support the State Manager in recruitment, retention, and performance management of the AFO team to meet team objectives
Collaborate closely with the National Mentoring Manager and State Manager-VIC to achieve common goals
Assist in driving business strategy and performance, ensuring team activities align with set KPIs and contractual timeframes
Utilize the Customer Record System (CRM) effectively for traineeship and apprenticeship advisors
Provide quality reporting on Universal and In-training performance for internal and government purposes
Achieve sign-up targets at a high level, exceeding personal and team KPIs by driving team performance
Ensure delivery of quality sign-up experiences with a strong customer service focus
Oversee effective administration of training contracts, including related forms and claims, to meet guidelines and deadlines

**Skills and Experiences**:

Self-motivated team player with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations
Confidence working autonomously, driven to exceed KPIs and targets
Proven ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with employers, RTOs, and industry stakeholders
Proven ability in high level business analysis and performance enhancement initiatives
Understanding of the key financial drivers necessary to grow and sustain a successful business success
In-depth knowledge of apprenticeship policies, procedures, and government forms
Relevant degree and qualifications
