**The Company**

**The Role**
The Field Leader will take ultimate responsibility for the operation of an Underground Power Distribution team based at a depot in the western suburbs of Melbourne. In more detail they will;
- Lead a team of employees, contractors and service providers
- Oversee local inventory, stores and logistics requirements with the assistance of Supply Chain experts
- Ensure the effective utilisation of resources to meet timeline, quality, HSE, network reliability and cost targets
- Communicate and manage the upgrades in technology and continuous improvement of processes in field practices
- Drive a safety first culture in all day to day operations

**The Requirements**
The Field Leader will have the following skills and experience;
- A strong work history of working with underground electrical distribution assets, construction and maintenance operations
- Demonstrated commercial acumen to manage and deliver projects to budget
- A proven track record in leading teams and coaching individuals (particularly field crew)
