**The Firm**
One of Australia's best performing electricity distribution networks delivering power to more than one million homes and businesses.

**The Role**
A strategic leadership role to ensure the safe and efficient planning and delivery of field operations across Victoria. The leader will be supported by an number of regional field leaders across Victoria who in turn manage a large team of skilled field engineers and technicians who build, maintain and ensure the safe operation of the network.

**The Requirements**
- A history of inspiring a culture of positive change and improvement in an operational environment.
- Experience navigating complex industrial relations and building strong relations with unions and industry bodies.
- A proven track record in identifying opportunities to improve safety and efficiency and implementing new operating practices to maximise these opportunities.
- The ability to effectively manage geographically dispersed teams
