As Senior Order Management & Billing Specialist you will provide operational support to our client, one of Australia's largest retailers, as well as to associated internal parties. Working closely with the Sales Support and Purchasing Teams to upload client orders into SAP, manage backorder reports, sales order management, processing of maintenance paperwork for contracts and client query and escalation management.

**Sales Order Management**
- Accurately upload client Purchase Orders - ensure all details match
- Manage all aspects of the Sales Order Cycle within SLAs - monitoring ETA’s against client and project schedules, manage stock on hand, process order amendments, sourcing alternate suppliers, releasing product deliveries, sourcing proof of delivery confirmation, process warranty and credit return requests, review warehouse quarantine cases,
- Work with the Purchasing Team to ensure any order issues are resolved in an efficient and professional manner.
- Management of sales order upload issues, including the processing of SAP iDoc errors.
- Expedite urgent orders with the Purchasing Team to ensure client delivery time frames are met.
- Liaise with clients and any relevant internal staff to carry out logístical functions for project sales orders within SLAs
- Manage and monitor all hardware orders to ensure they are pro-actively billed in a timely manner
- Attend regular meeting with Project Mgrs, 3P Logistics Team and Sales Team

**Project Logistics & Co-ordination**
- Monitor customer orders queue for escalations / cancellations
- Update pipeline and dashboards for orders
- releasing product deliveries to according to the project schedule
- sourcing proof of delivery (POD) confirmation
- creating internal stock transfers (via ZME27)
- manage stock allocation between orders (via MB1B - transfer posting)
- handling of third party stock (if applicable)
- attend meetings with the Woolworths team as required

**Backorder Report Management**
- Access automated SAP ETA report daily and action any outstanding or problem sales orders accordingly. This should be in alignment with existing KPIs

**Forecasting**
- Conduct periodical forecast review of applicable hardware orders and confirm likelihood of billing within the current month.
- Prioritise and finalise for billing high value ‘forecasted in’ orders

Other general tasks as required

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:
To be successful in the role, you should be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience n sales order management, logistics administration, operational administration, billing, purchasing or similar
- Previous SAP (or similar) experience highly regarded
- Order processing/purchasing/supply chain/logistics experience preferred
- Adaptable and flexible approach to changing business requirements
- Ability to work as part of a larger team, with an understanding of projects and sales environments

- Strong client service ethic, ability to build rapport with internal and external clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
