**About the role**:
The Marketing, Communications and Partnerships Manager is a key member of the leadership team and will inspire, coach and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver on activities supporting strategic engagement objectives.
- Drive the organization's marketing, communications, public relations and media strategy as well as lead and mentor an experienced multidisciplinary team
- Report and monitor on engagement activity, identify trends and opportunities to increase engagement via marketing and communications channels
- As part of the leadership team, help drive and execute the strategic engagement plan to continue to increase reach and awareness of the organisation, allowing more users to access their services
- Identify potential collaborations and partnerships to support engagement goals
- Assist in cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders and organisations

**Essential criteria**:

- Experience in taking the lead on marketing and communications campaigns on a national scale
- Be able to drive organisational initiatives and proactively contribute at the strategic level
- The ability to identify (and support the development of) successful partnerships and collaborations
- Exceptional communication skills as well as strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and inspire the best results across a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in the for-purpose sector will be an asset in this role
