Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator

**The Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator **will be responsible for all aspects of inventory control, ensuring the highest quality of work and maximizing the productivity of the warehouse, reporting to the Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily supervision of warehouse activities, ensuring productivity targets are met, reporting any issues to the Operations Manager
- Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and to monitor and control inventory as it flows in, through and out of the Distribution Centre.
- Coordinate and execute stocktakes, including performing detailed inventory audits and regular stock counts
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in and out the warehouse
- Ensure warehouse is kept tidy and free from potential safety issues
- Support daily activities surrounding processes, people, and systems
- Devise and implement new ways of working to optimize inventory control, shrinkage, reporting and procedures
- Manage kit BOM’s, work Order creation and Transfer Orders in NetSuite to support business needs and maintain inventory accuracy
- Recommend inventory items that need to be replenished, avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus and report to Operations Manager on stock levels, issues etc
- Assist in troubleshooting product and process issues
- Problem solving issues associated with SmileCheck, SalesForce, MOS Handheld and DHR recording and compliance and liaise with ADL to resolve this, with support of Operations Manager.
- Work daily within team to efficiently meet the needs of internal and external customers
- Refer to various databases and follow up with the status of orders in progress
- Process SmileShop replenishment orders
- Relieve other Team Members in their absence, filling in where and when necessary
