Factory Storeperson

We are seeking a **Factory Storeman** who will play a pivotal role in maintaining an efficient, organized, and clean factory environment. Reporting directly to the **Production Director**, you will operate forklifts, trucks, and utes while also handling various ad-hoc tasks.

**Critical Qualities**
- **Extremely Organized** - You’ll be responsible for keeping our space tidy and structured, ensuring everything is in its proper place for maximum efficiency.
- **Self-Starter** - We need someone who can take initiative, anticipate needs, and jump into tasks without waiting for instructions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Maintain Cleanliness and Organisation**:

- Keep the factory floor, storage areas, and shared workspaces clean and orderly.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are stored correctly and easily accessible.
- Manage stock levels and inventory.
- Help with packing / unpacking of the outgoing / returning jobs.
- **Operate Forklift/Truck/Ute**:

- Safely load and unload materials, relocating them to designated areas.
- Conduct basic maintenance checks to ensure vehicles and equipment are in good working order.
- **Ad-Hoc Tasks**:

- Support various departments with production-related tasks and logistics.
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to maintain workflow efficiency.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Valid **forklift license** and **driver’s license** (essential).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or factory environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,103.65 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
