We are excited about the opportunity to welcome a new Project Planner to the Plantation Homes team at our office in Springwood.

We are excited about the opportunity to welcome a new Customer Service Administrator to the Plantation Homes team at our office in Springwood. This is a 12mth full time contract role.
**About your new career**
As part of our close-knit Project Planning team, you'll play a key role in guiding customers through the exciting journey of building their perfect Plantation home. You’ll use your customer-focussed mindset and strong administration skills to ensure a smooth, seamless experience, both for our customers and our internal teams.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by guiding customers through what can be a complex and emotional process and you’ll play a key role in coordinating all aspects of the build. You'll be managing weekly workflows, handling orders, appointments, and permits, to preparing contracts and variations. Working closely with multiple teams, you’ll streamline processes and ensure smooth project progression, contributing to the successful delivery of each project from start to finish.
