We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic person to provide high-level administrative support and assistance for reception and public engagement activities. In this role you will work closely with both management and staff to ensure the safe and efficient day to day operations of the Medically Supervised Injecting Room at North Richmond Community Health.

**Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Provide administrative support for the MSIR Management team and MSIR staff as required and directed by the MSIR Administration Coordinator
- Manage MSIR shared files and maintain database including accurate data entry, scanning and uploading of documents and filing
- Oversee, update and print client as well as staff resources as required
- Provide administrative support for MSIR Staff Training including liaising with training providers, booking of rooms and arranging for catering (ALS, BLS, Conflict Negotiation Training, Cultural Awareness Training etc)
- Assist the MSIR Management Team with recruitment and onboarding of new staff including scheduling of interviews, reference checks, appointment requests forms, inductions, IT access, resource allocation
- Manage stationery/office supplies, ordering and coordinating deliveries including donations from external agencies as well as offsite collections
- Provide administrative support for external stakeholder meetings including room allocation, distribution of agenda and recording of minutes

**Key Selection Criteria**:
Essential qualifications, attributes and skills include, but are not limited to:

- Administration experience preferably in medical, public health or drug and alcohol sector
- High level of computer proficiency including MS Office suite
- Ability to manage own workloads, identify priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
