**Your Opportunity**:

We are looking for a **Process Specialist & Manufacturing Lead**to join our Bulk and Fractionation Value Stream team in Broadmeadows. This is a key leadership role that combines technical expertise with people leadership to lead operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve yield, capacity and compliance while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

You will bring strong analytical proficiency, and an ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced regulated environment. Your expertise in interpreting data and implementing solutions will ensure high-quality outcomes across our manufacturing operations.

**Your Role**:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Base Fractionation, your responsibilities will include:

- Monitor performance of the plant and ensure production plans are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Mentor team members, promoting a high-performance and inclusive culture.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-departmental projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including timely resolution of deviations and CAPAs.
- Partner with stakeholders to lead innovation, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

**Your experience**:

- A tertiary qualification in science, engineering, business or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industry.
- Proven leadership in production operations and project delivery.
- Experience with Quality Systems including handling of process deviations change controls and quality records.
- A collaborative mindset and experience with continuous improvement.
