Ray White was established in 1902 in regional Queensland and our network sold more than $74 billion worth of property and helped more than 200,000 families and businesses with their property ambitions in the last financial year. **Our team**
We are a 19-strong marketing team made up of specialists in social media and content, internal communications, video, designers and brand marketing.
We are a large yet agile international team, on any given day we could be working closely with any of our six state/country corporate teams, liaising with any of our 1000+ franchisees and their agents or working with our senior leadership team to bringing to life new product launches, campaigns or tech initiatives to keep Ray White at the forefront of the industry.
We’re a close-knit team with a great culture for rolling up our sleeves and just getting things done.
**The Role**
**Brand social media management and communications**
- Assist in Ray White Residential content creation based on the defined social strategy across our key social channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter for core business units: residential, commercial, advice to other business units as required
- Development and implementation of a Ray White Rural social media strategy, managing the key rural social channels: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Collaborating with various resources to bring the plans and content to life:
- Internal: PR / Comms / Design / State and business unit teams
- Audit new and existing businesses online ensuring they accurately represent the brand
- Create and distribution of the fortnightly rural network newsletter
- Support the corporate and communications team with any other required internal communications
**Campaign / product support**
- Work with wider team to assist in content creation and execute social integration for all campaigns & new product launches
**Social listening & community management**
- Interact with our social media communities, building relationships to increase brand reach and respond to social media messages and comments in a timely manner
- Monitoring of social listening tools (Hootsuite) to:
- Understand brand sentiment and proactively engage with our communities and
- Monitor competitor activity
- Monitor complaints and PR risk, escalate to appropriate internal channels (social media manager, media manager)
- Reporting and recommendations on change: monthly reporting on social activity, engagement levels & competitor activity
**Network management and support**
- Management of social media distribution platform, including:
- Weekly scheduling of content
- Develop & publish monthly content calendars
- Proactively seek out ways to educate and provide resources to the network on social media
- Provide tools to allow our network to consistently communicate with their customers and databases
**Other**
- Enforce the social policy and guidelines
- Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes
**Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience**
- Tertiary or similar qualifications in communications, social media and/or PR
- Experience managing social platforms, reporting and social communities
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally 1+ years agency or client-side
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders and understand their needs
